Purpose and Ownership

Branch County Recent Arrests is a private site. It holds no official police, court, VINE, jail, or Michigan Department of Corrections record. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a government document.

The site points visitors toward Branch County and Michigan jail-record resources and may connect them with independent research tools. Those links do not make an outside service part of this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly.

• Do not use it in violation of any law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

No Consumer Reports

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that:

• Access will remain uninterrupted
